You are so fixed by the tracker and the sounds. (effects)
If the melody and harmony is good, then, the song speak for it self. (Just because I don´t use the sounds that you use)

Often, the bending of the waves is no good and is for hiding the "not good harmonys"

The master of all times Mark Cooksey did use the basic wave. Just added a little filter.

Well, a good tune can be made with a piano only, but if the piano is a 8 bit shitsound vst, nobody will like it anyway..

Sound design is part of making music, whether you like it or not.

It was nice to have an NTSC version of this game, but what made me mad the most were the comments on the scroll text of the intro. It is now the thing of the past thankfully :)
