Congrats again, Yazoo!

Though there may always be some quarrel about votes, you are a deserved winner of a tough competition in which a bunch of awesome doublescreens were produced.

I think that Asteroidmine was also original. You can find out more about the other entries in their comments sections, Mermaid has posted many of the originals.

So this were the only "original" work, not replica that is? Were it like the others were all braging to have done a work on their own or like doing a remake? If they are honest about it I feel no bad feelings for that, but if they pretend it to be their own it is a bit sad really... not a shame, mostly just a bit sad...

A Kind of Magic has its weird things here and there that is a bit off but all in all it is a colorful display and holds many great things, and the composition is cool in my mind... A deserved winner it is... congratulations to you my sir.

It's not my style, but I simply appreciate the fact that it's well-executed original work! Hope this wins the compo (no results yet?).

Wow! I am seriously impressed, though the wheels on the car are somewhat wrong, the suit and especially the hand really do look very nice (apart from the hand root! ;-)! Great pixelwork!

Somehow reminds me of the drawings from Terry Guiliam.

True, the hand might be a bit odd but overall this is the winner in this compo for me personally.

Not bad indeed. 2 things really bug me though: the cube which could need some shading and the crippled hand...

I like this one. Reminds me of Robert Williams. Might just because of the flaming hotrod(?) and the strange collection of objects.

Fantastic pic indeed! I really enjoyed this one, very nice theme, and mad respect for the obvious amount of labour that went into this one. I must say i prefer the top over the bottom part. but all in all, very awesome sir!

+ points for the obvious manual labour.
+ points for the ideas.

great pixel art! and this is more likely a one file demo than a simple graphics displayer. but weird thing is space pauses the music and text scroll disappears but graphic continues scrolling. :)

Very cool surreal piece by Yazoo. Love the way the scenes merge together and wondeful use of colour. nice one!
