Seems to have a poor charset-reduction algorithm judging from comments on It's Green! and Singular Logo 3c. Also, "Linux with WINE", hahahahaha.

@isuldur: picchar is not a PC to C64 picture converter.
You have to do that yourself (with Timanthes, Project1...)

...last time i used "charwandler" to do a 4x3 font. Then i thought of a 8x8 font which isn't possible with charwandler.
