I respect other comments but personally I liked it, it's a nice picture. If I had drawn this myself, I would expect better comments.

This is so wiggly lines but more 1990s due to the monochromatic feeling and black background. I like it though...

There's horizontality in the image which gives the composition credibility as the veil is unfolding.
The idea is simple and as close to the theme of the season of witches leaving for Blue Hill.
The colors seem a bit out of date though and there is a raw attitude towards anti-aliasing and dithering.

i somehow like the lack of detail on the face..

[EDIT] could use some more work on the eye though..
