That was my issue too. I use a snapshot v5 cart image. In ntsc, the bottom scroll wouldn't work, but it would in pal. When I fixed that, it wouldn't work in ntsc.
I will start testing without the cart as well because I just assume everybody uses one.

Ony one issue. Phantom's scroll text will sometimes not work if you load this demo in Action Replay fast load. So best use normal reset mode.

There should be no bugs, at least none a normal user can find.
