Looks interesting. Great music! I hope you'll finish this one - still a lot to to to make it a complete game ;)
Sprites and backdrops need a consistend theme to make sense. Now it's like Wile Coyote said: "place holder graphics"

Not made any specific plans as of yet regarding release of the final game. There are still some things which needs to undergo testing codewise (yes it's very secretive 8-D).

Thanx for the positives. @ Oswald: I know right ;-) I will not use sprites for fire on the real thing so you'll get moooaaar bullets^^

nice job here. one complaint: only one shot on the screen will be very frustrating when it becomes a game.

:O That is what I'd call surprise, man!

I love your work in this preview. It will make a great game, for sure!

About the music, thanks for positive vibes, but I'm just a SID remixer here: original audio track was composed by naaina for his "Local Mind Provider" album a couple of years ago. SID version is a nice fit for space themed 8-bit dreams like this one, we're honoured ;)

I just do not believe that you think the graphix is bad? I find them very pleasing and very retro or hardcore game graphics, I love the graphics in a way here... the screen when playing looks really cool to me... thumbs up and go on, create the graphics yourself I see it will be really great in the end! I also think the music is so great for the things on screen... LOVE IT I DO!

As all you you hopefully understand, I'm no artist and I'm never gonna be an artist. The gfx here is just to have something to test the code on.

I also know it is very simplistic. But it's a good test of what I wanted to do and it works as I wanted. Now I can get started on the final version hehe.
