Found out about this game last weekend, one of the all time best for C64 IMHO. Engaging gameplay with top notch playability.

Fantastic game :-)

@Korodny
You have to visit every room and collect all the money bags and hearts. There's a money bag in the room with the "wrong ending" so you have to complete the game twice to get 100% (but you don't need to collect everything twice, only the boots, the gloves and both auras).
Maybe you missed some of the better hidden money bags (like the one on the tree on the very first screen, or the one by the pond in the underground)? That's what happened to me at first.

Brilliant conversion, thanks a lot!

Does anybody know how to win with a score of 100%? Is there anything else you have to do besides visit all the rooms, collect all the money bags and do the special magic in the "Speak now.." room?

Conversion or not, but it's a lovely game nonetheless. Stylish, beautiful animations and colors, clever and too difficult :)

Thanks for your nice comments! There will be a new version sooner or later, featuring NTSC compatibility (physics adjusted to feel the same despite the higher frame rate) and fire button jumping. Please PM me (preferably with snapshot) if you experience a crash/major bug so I can fix things. (I had a crash every 4 hours or so on the C64 set up at TuM for everyone to play on; no idea whether it's a hardware or software fault yet)

Can't wait to play this, this looks very fun and like a worthy successor to classics like Montezuma's Revenge or even Rick Dangerous. Well deserved winner, even looking at him play was great entertainment and the crowd was really drawn in, applauding, cheering and oooh-ing all the time! ;-)

Very cool, it has transported my mind to that weird days of old PC Gaming, I like the style (it's original for a c64 game) the game is really nice. Good work!

P.s.: Yeah! I have to win this game sooner or later ;)

This is awesome! Looks really cool, love the design. If any criticism, I would have really updated/worked more on sound and maybe even add a little 1 channel tune :)

Beautiful!

EDIT: Let me rephrase this. This game is pure awesomeness. This is - hands down - one of the best titles released on this platform in many years (only Prince of Persia was better, but then - i'm biased!) An incredible accomplishment to adapt this wonderful platformer to the C64. I can't remember the last time I felt this enthusiastic about playing a new title on the real breadbin. Thanks.
