HiRes - converting + editor questions
Hi there,
I recently dug out an old HiRes project of mine, which I started in Interpaint and which I wanted to finish now; but I would like to add some more stuff, so I want to work on it with a program that allows tile-wise change of the background colour (possibly Art Studio). So what I would need is a converter prog from Interpaint to other HiRes painter formats; and I am also very willing to try other editors, as all that I tried until now are quite far from optimal. The only thing I would want unconditionally is 1351 support. I am looking forward to your suggestions!
Thanks & cheers,

Congo will convert to/from Interpaint HiRes. Here:

As far as HiRes 1351 editors, the only one I know of is a modded version of OCP Art Studio, available here:

Let me know if you find another one! I personally prefer using a KoalaPad, but a 1351 mouse would be my second choice. |

if you fail send it to me.
I work with hires alot and can manually bring it into the format you need.
By far the best Hires-Ed (I use it :) is this one:
Hires Editor V1.5
Also funky:
Hi-Pic Creator V1.0

I have written some simple code to swap the colour nibbles in an exported Hi-res Pic from ProjectOne. So feel free to contact me - I only coded it out of desperation, as I had designed (a yet unreleased) intro in ProjectOne. |

Thanks folks, looks like very interesting stuff!
@enthusi: I guess I will take your offer, as I don´t have Congo running anyway. I was hoping for a nice converter on the C64 (hint hint). ;-)
