Short Story: if you are using the monitor in VICE for debugging, you want to update to r45151 NOW :)

All i see is Gpz giving a heads-up about a very important fix, and asking people to report regressions elsewhere that this might have caused.

General monitor feedback wasn't asked for, and should go to separate threads or tickets as usual. =)
